Consulting Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to consulting services offered by He’s Got a Point (“HGaP Consulting”). It explains what information is collected when you book or attend a 1-on-1 consulting session, how that information is used, and how it is stored. By booking a session, you agree to the practices described below.

2. What Is Collected

When you book a consulting session, any and all information you voluntarily provide through the booking form is collected and retained. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, contact information, the topics you wish to discuss, and any other details you choose to share at the time of booking. The specific fields on the booking form may change over time; this policy covers all information collected through the form regardless of its current structure.

During and after a consulting session, the following may also be collected:

  • Notes taken during your session
  • Details about your current credit card setup, spending habits, financial goals, and any other information you share in the course of the session
  • Follow-up notes or action items documented after the session concludes
  • Any communications exchanged before or after your session, including emails or messages related to scheduling, follow-up, or clarification

3. What Is Not Collected

HGaP Consulting does not collect and will never solicit the following:

  • Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or financial account credentials
  • Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers
  • Credit or debit card numbers
  • Passwords or login credentials of any kind

4. Session Recording

Sessions may be recorded for internal purposes, including note-taking, quality review, and service improvement. If a session is to be recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call. You have the right to request that your session not be recorded before it begins; such requests will be honored.

HGaP Consulting retains the right to record sessions, use recordings internally, and reference them for the purpose of providing continuity and quality of service. Recordings are not shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose other than those described above. Recordings are stored securely and are subject to the same retention and deletion policies as all other client data described in this policy.

5. How Your Information Is Used

Information collected through consulting is used solely to:

  • Prepare for and conduct your session
  • Provide continuity across multiple sessions if you book again in the future
  • Follow up on action items or recommendations discussed during the session

Your information is never used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your consulting relationship with HGaP Consulting.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during a consulting session — including details about your finances, spending habits, credit profile, and goals — is treated as confidential. HGaP Consulting will not disclose session content to any third party. This commitment to confidentiality applies to verbal discussions, written notes, recordings, and any other records generated in connection with your session.

7. How Your Information Is Stored

Client information, session notes, and related records are stored securely in internal tools accessible only to HGaP Consulting. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

8. Retention

Consulting notes and client information are retained indefinitely. This allows HGaP Consulting to provide better, more informed service if you return for a future session — your prior context is on hand without you having to start from scratch. You may request deletion of your data at any time; see Section 12.

9. No Sale or Sharing of Data

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. HGaP Consulting does not share client notes, personal details, or session content with card issuers, financial institutions, or any other entity.

10. Payment Processing

Invoices for consulting sessions are processed through Stripe. When you submit payment, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy. HGaP Consulting never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number or payment credentials.

11. Third-Party Services

The booking form is hosted through Calendly. When you book a session, information you enter into the booking form is subject to Calendly’s own privacy practices in addition to this policy. HGaP Consulting is not responsible for Calendly’s data handling. Similarly, Stripe’s privacy policy governs all payment data processed through their platform.

12. Data Deletion Requests

If you would like your consulting notes, session records, and personal information deleted, you may request this at any time by contacting itsfaiq@hesgotapoint.com. Deletion requests will be honored within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

13. Age Requirement

Consulting services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

14. Eligibility

HGaP Consulting currently serves clients located in the United States only.

15. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of consulting services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

17. Contact
