HGaP Consulting — Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services
HGaP Consulting (“Consultant”) provides personalized credit card strategy consulting sessions to individuals (“Client,” “you”). Services include, but are not limited to, reviewing your current credit card portfolio, recommending cards based on your spending habits and goals, and advising on points and rewards optimization strategies. All services are educational and informational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice.
2. Not Financial Advice
The information and recommendations provided during consulting sessions are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing communicated during or after a session constitutes financial, investment, legal, or credit advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. HGaP Consulting makes no guarantees regarding credit card approval, rewards earnings, or financial outcomes resulting from advice provided.
3. Session Format and Communication
Sessions are conducted virtually via video call at a time mutually agreed upon through the booking platform. Following a session, clients are entitled to follow-up questions submitted via email within 14 days of the session date. Follow-up emails are limited to three (3) questions per email and a maximum of 250 characters per question.
Please note that during the holy month of Ramadan, response times may be extended. Any such delays will be communicated as soon as practicable.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a session. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through the booking platform’s integrated payment system. By completing a booking, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
The following cancellation and refund policy applies:
- 48+ hours before session: Full refund issued.
- 24–48 hours before session: 70% refund issued.
- Less than 24 hours before session: No refund.
Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Payment Due Prior to Session
Full payment is required no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. HGaP Consulting will make its best effort to send invoices within 24 hours of booking to allow ample time for payment. If payment has not been received by the deadline, HGaP Consulting reserves the right to cancel the session without notice. Cancellation due to non-payment is not eligible for rescheduling priority and a new booking and payment will be required to secure a future session.
7. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge if the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may be accommodated at the Consultant’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
8. No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, the session will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows, and rescheduling will require a new booking and payment.
9. Confidentiality
All personal and financial information shared by the client during sessions will be kept strictly confidential by HGaP Consulting. This information will not be shared with any third parties without the client’s explicit written consent, except as required by law. Clients agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written permission from HGaP Consulting.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, strategies, and content shared during or in connection with a session are the intellectual property of HGaP Consulting. Clients may use this information for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, sale, distribution, or commercial repurposing of session content is not permitted without express written consent from HGaP Consulting.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HGaP Consulting’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. HGaP Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of credit opportunities, card application denials, or changes in card terms or rewards programs.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is.” HGaP Consulting makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any advice or information provided. Credit card terms, rewards programs, and issuer policies are subject to change, and HGaP Consulting is not responsible for changes that occur after a session.
13. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Portions of the content published on this site — including but not limited to guides, articles, tool copy, and card benefit summaries — may be drafted or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. While we review AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance, AI systems can produce errors, omissions, or outdated information. You should independently verify any financial figures, card terms, program rules, or issuer policies directly with the relevant issuer or institution before making any financial decision. HGaP Consulting is not liable for inaccuracies that originate from or are compounded by AI-assisted content generation.
14. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for: (a) providing accurate and complete information before and during sessions; (b) independently verifying any credit card terms, rates, fees, or conditions with the respective card issuer before applying; (c) making independent and informed financial decisions; and (d) ensuring eligibility requirements for any cards or programs discussed are met.
15. Award Booking Services
Where HGaP Consulting offers award booking services, additional terms specific to that service will be provided at the time of engagement. Award booking services are subject to airline, hotel, and program availability and policies, which are outside the control of HGaP Consulting. Fees for award booking services are separate from consulting session fees and are non-refundable once the booking research process has begun.
16. Third-Party Platforms
Sessions are facilitated through third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing, booking, and payment tools). HGaP Consulting is not responsible for technical issues, outages, or data practices of these platforms. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
17. Modifications to Terms
HGaP Consulting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.
18. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
