Is the Robinhood Platinum worth it for you?
Drag in your real annual spend. I'll do the points math the bank won't — earn rates and your credits — then tell you if the fee pays for itself.
The Robinhood Platinum Card is currently invite-only — welcome offers vary by invitation. Enter your offer if you have one, or leave blank to model ongoing value only. Robinhood Points are redeemable for cash back at a flat 1¢ per point — there are no announced transfer partners as of 2026, so this calculator uses 1¢/pt throughout. Redeeming cash back requires an active Robinhood Financial brokerage account.
Enter your estimated annual spend in each category. Portal categories require booking through the Robinhood Travel Portal to earn the elevated rate. Your earn rate is effectively a cash-back percentage — 5x dining = 5% back, 1x elsewhere = 1% back.
Drag each slider to the amount you'd realistically use per year. The total credit value available is $1,979/yr if you can use everything. Per Robinhood's Platinum Card Benefits Program Terms: statement credits aren't redeemable for cash, can't be used toward your minimum payment, and won't reduce a prescheduled autopay amount. Most credits take up to 8 weeks to post and are reversed if the underlying purchase is refunded/cancelled, or if your account closes (or the earning Authorized User is removed) within 90 days of the credit posting.
The Platinum comes with four complimentary memberships. Drag each slider to what you'd realistically pay for it yourself — leave at $0 for ones you wouldn't use or already have covered elsewhere.
Optional — enter a dollar value for any protection or insurance benefit you'd realistically use. Limits verified against the official Platinum Visa Infinite Benefits Summary; most require paying for the trip/rental/purchase directly with the Card to be eligible.
