SwipeSmart Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the SwipeSmart card recommendation quiz (“the Quiz”) available at hesgotapoint.com/quiz. It explains what information is collected when you use the Quiz, how it is used, and what it is not used for. By using the Quiz, you agree to the practices described below.

2. What Is Collected

When you complete the Quiz, the answers you provide — including your credit score range, spending categories, fee preferences, goals, and monthly spend estimate — are transmitted to our servers solely to generate your personalized results via an AI language model.

Individual quiz sessions are not retained or linked to any personally identifying information. No account, email address, IP address, name, or device identifier is associated with your specific answers.

Anonymized, aggregate statistics derived from quiz submissions are recorded. Examples include: the most commonly selected spending categories, the distribution of goal preferences, and credit score range distributions. These statistics are used solely to measure usage and improve the Quiz. They cannot be used to identify any individual user or reconstruct any individual’s answers.

3. What Is Not Collected

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Your actual credit score — only the range you select
• Your actual financial account information or balances
• Device identifiers, cookies specific to the Quiz, or tracking pixels
• Whether you applied for or were approved for any card

4. AI Processing

Your quiz answers are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate personalized card recommendations. Anthropic’s data handling practices are governed by their own privacy policy. He’s Got a Point does not control how Anthropic processes API inputs and outputs, and you should review Anthropic’s privacy policy if you have concerns about AI data handling.

5. No Sale of Data

He’s Got a Point does not sell, rent, trade, or share your quiz inputs or any data derived from your use of the Quiz with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

6. Rate Limiting

To prevent abuse, the Quiz enforces a rate limit of five submissions per IP address per hour. IP addresses used to enforce this limit are not stored beyond the rate-limit window and are not linked to quiz content or results.

7. Age Requirement

The Quiz is intended for users 18 years of age or older. He’s Got a Point does not knowingly collect any information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Quiz.

9. Changes to This Policy

If material changes are made to how Quiz data is collected or used, this policy will be updated and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Quiz after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
